Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- • Returns accepted only for damaged/incorrect products within 48 hours
- • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days
- • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment

User Conduct

- • Attempt to hack or misuse the platform
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAVAS Wholesale Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KAVAS harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
