1. Seller Eligibility & Registration

2. Product Listing & Quality Guidelines

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

4. Pricing & Payment Policy

✔️ Payments are processed on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis based on our payout schedule
✔️ Deductions: Transaction fees, commission rates, and penalties (if applicable) may be deducted before payout
5. Shipping & Returns Policy
✔️ Sellers can choose to use their own shipping partners or opt for Kavas Wholesale Hub’s logistics support
✔️ Sellers must clearly mention their return policy for each product
✔️ For defective or incorrect products, sellers must accept returns and process refunds
6. Customer Support & Seller Responsibilities

✔️ Any disputes or complaints should be handled professionally
✔️ Poor customer service or unresolved disputes may result in account suspension
7. Prohibited Activities & Penalties

8. Termination & Account Deactivation
